Kudos to John from Gerrald's Heating and Air.John, was SUPERB! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC as a clogged condensate drain and cleared the clog. To be sure, he poured water into the drain pipe and discovered that the plumbing connection into which the drain empties was also clogged - which he cleared as well. Had he not undertaken the test, we could have had water leaking outside the drain pan.

Had pin-hole leak in high pressure line between house and outside unit and lost all 410A (10 lbs) refrigerant. Had one of the other big name Savannah companies in town come out and was estimated $2250.00 and repair done in 5 days. Called Gerralds for 2nd opinion. Came the next day, diagnosed issue, repaired leak and re-charged system for $1050.00. Would definitely use again. Very knowledgeable.

Late last summer the inevitable happened! The temperature was around 100 on a Saturday night when the AC went out. I phoned the number listed and quickly received a return call from the on call technician. Moments later I received a text from one of the owners Travis Gerald to assure me we would be taken care of. The technician arrived on Sunday morning and determined that a replacement unit was needed. I received several calls from Travis Gerald to discuss replacement costs and arrange time for the repairs to be made. By Tuesday morning the crew arrived and had the unit replaced within 3 hours all while being professional and courteous. We were more than satisfied with the communication and service from start to finish that Gerald's provided. We highly recommended this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. Mark Gerrald gave me a good fair price on a quality Carrier unit, the office personnel were wonderful and the install team was great. I could not possibly be more pleased with the entire installation. My other AC unit will soon need to be replaced and I won’t consider any other AC company than Gerrald’s Heating and Air to do that work.

Our HVAC stopped working, after much patching. We waited 3 weeks before contacting Gerrald's, in hopes that it was something we could refill with freon. When we finally shared what happened, we were placed as an emergency and a team of 2 came to our home to remove and install our new HVAC.I have read reviews where people have complained about Gerrald's rescheduling due to emergencies; situations like this are why. I would hope that if you may run into this issue, that my semi-annual services can be pushed back in order for your family not to suffer in this Georgia heat.I appreciate the staff and all who were involved to get our family cool. We have two properties that are serviced by Gerrald's and we will continue to utilize their service.

EVERY service/transaction has been very professional, quality, and great value. The core culture that Ronny instilled is very evident as the family tradition continues! I would also like to make a statement concerning Google/other reviews. Take the time to investigate negative reviewers. There is almost always a pattern of 100% negative reviews by such, which seems to me an indication of "moaners and groaners"--- some people can never be satisfied. Just sayin.

I recently purchased a Carrier Infinity Series, top of the line unit from Gerralds. Initially they came in and cleaned my ducts; however, the state of the unit I had was atrocious. Gerralds replaced my unit and my electric bill has been cut in half. The old unit had disgusting black mold so knowing that I’m breathing clean air in my home helps me sleep better at night. I highly recommend the professionals of Gerralds. They know what they are doing in regards to all thing HVAC! I highly recommend this company!

Aaron from Gerrald's Heating and Air did a fantastic job adding a damper and additional thermostat to cool & heat my upstairs, attic conversion independently from the main house and thermostat below.. Fortunately, the extra ducting I already had installed upstairs was sufficient, and my 2 year-old house did not require a larger HVAC unit to be installed. I chose Gerald's because 1) they designed and installed the HVAC system for this house. 2) Aaron had serviced our system previously, and pointed-out some great energy saving, and maintenance tips to keep our HVAC system operating most efficiently. I ABSOLUTELY loved the young man that came to my house. He was very professional, made sure he cleaned up the mess he made and fixed my heat. I called because another company was supposed to come and fix my heater. I had an appointment between 12 and 3. They never showed. When I called their office I was told that he couldn't make it. I asked why no one ever called and was told "sorry". They couldn't come out the next day because they had appointments so I would have to wait 2 days! I called Gerrald's and they were out there that day!
